Ryan Toncheff is the Founder and Managing Partner of Perrin & Co. He brings more than 20 years of experience across middle-market commercial banking, institutional credit, complex lending, executive finance, and business restructuring.
He spent much of his career advising privately held companies from the lender’s side of the table—evaluating credit risk, structuring financing, managing challenged relationships, and helping businesses navigate periods of growth, transition, and financial pressure.
Ryan later transitioned into an operating Chief Financial Officer role within a large privately held family enterprise comprising more than 100 entities. The organization included one of California’s largest privately held farming operations, with more than 70,000 acres of agricultural holdings, as well as commercial real estate, development, construction, manufacturing, transportation, and other operating businesses.
In that role, he led and supported complex matters involving capital structure, liquidity, institutional lenders, centralized treasury, multi-entity cash management, restructuring, stakeholder negotiations, and executive financial decision-making.
Ryan is also the Founder of LORIQ Technologies, a technology company and the creator of LORIQ™, a patent-pending commercial debt intelligence platform built for middle-market businesses. Separately, he is the Co-Founder and Principal of Meridian CPAs, a certified public accounting firm serving the accounting and tax needs of middle-market companies.
Ryan’s work also extends into financial media and editorial intelligence through Bellings, a financial news aggregation and analysis platform he founded to address a different problem facing financial professionals: information overload. Bellings monitors financial reporting and institutional sources across the market, identifies the underlying developments, and uses its proprietary Bellings Intelligence Score™ to rank those developments by significance—helping executives, lenders, investors, and advisors determine what deserves their attention first, rather than adding another endless stream of financial headlines.
The concept reflects a theme running throughout Ryan’s career and ventures: turning large amounts of complex financial information into clearer decisions.
His approach is grounded in the belief that strong financial decisions require analytical discipline, independent judgment, practical experience, and the ability to execute.
